That’s the trouble with major league sport these days.
The huge sums of money obliterate any values or morality.
Take Tiger Woods. At least 16 mistresses did, but his wife Elin still had him back. Or the laughable story about Portsmouth FC boss Avram Grant who was caught emerging from Fu Fu’s “massage” parlour. When asked to comment, his Israeli wife Tzofit said: “If Avram wanted to go to a massage parlour, it is his right. He can do whatever he likes with his body.” At least she doesn’t even pretend to care.
