NAMPA – Rachele Bromley, who admitted letting a 40-year-old man fondle her 16-year-old daughter, will learn her fate Dec. 23.
Bromley, 37, has not met the court’s requirements that she submit to psychosexual and presentence evaluations, but the judge decided not to punish her for that lapse because a change in the county’s public defender’s office contributed to the confusion.
She had been scheduled for sentencing Wednesday after pleading guilty to aiding and abetting sexual battery of a minor and inducing a minor to prostitution.
According to court records, Bromley placed a Craigslist advertisement for erotic massage, and Aaron Hundersmarck, a former sheriff’s deputy who responded to the ad in April, fondled Bromley’s daughter and later contacted Bromley seeking permission to have sex with the teen.
